The hotel's location was ideal for skiing, with doorstep access to the slopes. The views from the rooms were stunning, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of prosecco left at our door on my birthday, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident.
While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas for improvement. The breakfast selection was limited for the price, and there was often a wait for the only working coffee machine.

Almost perfect. The access run to the hotel in the evening was a bit risky due to the number of people.

We had an amazing romantic escape and loved staying in the high altitude hotel with doorstep skiing. The food was delicious and the swimming pool was superb with warm water and a waterfall. The hotel staff paid attention to small details and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco on my birthday.
Although the hotel was lovely, we felt that it was quite expensive for what was offered. The breakfast started too late, at 8am, causing a rush for those wanting to go skiing. Additionally, some minor details like the tired-looking junior suites and slow service at breakfast could have been improved. however, we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to others.
